At Charleypangus.com, we sell digital products such as textures, plugins, actions, templates, and more for programs like Photoshop. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Please carefully review all product information before purchasing.
Digital Products
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a digital product has been purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.
- Download Issues: If your purchase is corrupt, incomplete, or won’t download due to an error caused by our system, please contact us for a replacement download link. Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase, and allow up to 48 hours for processing.
- User Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility with their software before purchasing. We do not offer refunds due to software incompatibility, lack of required software, or buyer’s remorse.
Course Purchases
- No Refunds After Course Access: Once a course is accessed, refunds will not be granted. However, if you have watched 10% or less of the course content and believe you qualify for an exception, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of purchase. Approval is at our sole discretion.
Important Notes
- Chargebacks or disputes filed with payment processors for non-refundable products may result in permanent account suspension and loss of access to future purchases.
